In this project I worked on reproducing a box made of tropical wood, where its unusual reflections caught my attention.

As the reflection behavior is not common, I couldn't get the desired effect in substance designer. So I started to create 2 diffuse texture that I would mix in Blender using input vectors.
Finaly I used "reflection" vector, which reacts with the tilt of the object according to the position of the light to create the a custom factor that I used to mix the 2 textures.
